Jean Paul ‘JP’ Hepp, Belgian master chocolatier and owner of Chocodiem, was recently honored by Dessert Professional Magazine as one of their Top 10 Chocolatiers. The chocolate shop is based in the Easton Public Market and offers a wide variety of treats and customizable chocolates.

That’s because Chocodiem, the market’s resident chocolatier, was offering free samples to celebrate its designation as one of North America’s top 10 chocolatiers by the Institute of Culinary Education.

JP Hepp, owner of Easton Public Market’s Chocodiem and an award-winning chocolatier, demonstrated his newest project, a 3D printer that can scan objects into a software program that can then be turned into 3D works of gourmet Belgian chocolate art.
